Il Salame all’aceto di Josko Sirk

INGREDIENTI:

Salame fresco di contadino (15-30gg) 2 fette (da 3-4mm)

Una noce di burro, Aceto d’Uva di Sirk della Subida, Cappuccio tagliato q.b., Polenta, 1 cucchiaio abbondante Olio, Sale e pepe.

LA RICETTA:

Scaldare bene poco burro in una padellina, aggiungere a fuoco vivo le fette di salame, girarle e appena rosolate spruzzarle con l’aceto.Servire con capucci crudi conditi con olio, aceto, sale e pepe.
