L’ acetobacter al lavoro

Solo in alcuni momenti della lunga fermentazione acetica, si creano le condizioni ideali per poter vedere sulla superficie del vino le colonie di batteri acetici, gli acetobacter appunto, al lavoro.

Una leggerissima ragnatela di fondo con catenelle di batteri in azione.
